I’M MAGGIE.

Born and raised in PA, I grew up naturally leaning towards the creative things in life. I am always the friend who’s asked to take photos when traveling, for events, or on a night out — I will do whatever it takes to capture you in your best light and get ALL the angles!

I love — and I mean I LOVE — meeting new clients and creating lasting client relationships. It may be cheesy to say, but it’s the best when my clients tell me what a good time they had! It’s my job to make sure you get the perfect shot, but it’s my priority to ensure you have a good time along the way, always.

HOW IT ALL STARTED…

I went to college at Millersville University, and after changing my major (three freaking times), I landed on an Art Degree. I took a plethora of different art electives and always found myself wandering back to photography classes. It just came so naturally to me (sculpting, however — apparently not my thing).

After college, I decided to take a break from the creative field and took a 9-5 cubicle job. However, I was always the one who was asked to take photos of my friends, and I committed! Picture me crawling on a public sidewalk because I HAD to get my girl's angles…obviously.

After filling up all the storage on my phone, I decided that maybe it was time to make an investment in this hobby. I begged some friends if it would be okay to take and post their photos on my new Instagram page… And then MaggieBoo was slowly but surely born! I left the cubicle job and haven't looked back.

When Maggie says “#1 Hype Woman”- she is NOT kidding! I had never had professional photos taken outside of headshots, which was awful. I was nervous to go into this shoot with my fiancé, but Maggie was so great the entire time! As two awkward people, she made us look like we belonged in a rom-com! We came in clueless, and she gave us all the poses and tools to look great. She asked our input and kept us trying new things to avoid any awkward moments.
